We visit Vendors yachts, to enable us to inform potential Purchasers of our findings and provide them with accurate listing details of the offered yacht. A professional photo-shoot will be undertaken to complete the emotional experience and rational information of the yacht. As marketing the yacht correctly is imperative, the yacht will be exposed on a wide range of online yachting portals and in marine related magazines. We will also offer the yacht to all previous clients registered in our extensive database.
Our team will provide flawless service to Purchasers and Vendors 24/7 to find the best possible match of the purchase and sale of the yacht. We offer part exchange services to Purchasers with regards their current yacht as an additional tool to increase the chances for the Purchaser and Vendor to complete the sale and purchase transaction. An important part of our service is our advisory services in relation to the required legal documents/paperwork for both Purchaser and Vendor. Including information about title proof, RCD compliance of the yacht and VAT status of the yacht. We have up to date international knowledge of legal and custom clearance regulations and inform the Purchaser and Vendor accordingly. On completion, we provide a Bill of Sale for deletion and new registration purposes, which completes the legally correct conveyance procedure.
Whites International Yachts only charges the Vendor for all these services a standard commission upon successful completion (no-cure-no-pay). Furthermore, the marketing costs, the viewings, the intermediation of the purchase negotiations between the Purchaser and the Vendor, the Yacht Sale Agreement in the agreed language and the intermediation of the negotiations between the Purchaser and the Vendor after survey are included. To increase the selling possibilities of the Vendor’s yacht, we are open to collaborate with qualified colleague Yacht Brokers. If the sale is conducted successfully with the assistance of another Broker, we will share the commission.
