SELLING YOUR BOAT

Our team is a dedicated group with many years of experience in the boating industry ranging from world cruising, racing, deliveries, charter operation, refitting, and of course yacht sales. Our combined experience offers over 70 years in brokerage in many different countries throughout the world. Whites International Yachts (Mallorca) has been established here since 1989 making her one of the long standing brokerages on the island.

A charge of 10% commission tax inclusive is payable only when we sell your vessel (no cure no pay). This charge covers not only all advertising but also us representing you during the sale of your vessel which involves showing the vessel (normally three times at least to a serious buyer) then attending with the chosen surveyor, liaising with both yourself and the purchaser once survey and sea trial are complete and ensuring all paper work is correct (i.e. tax paid status, bill of sale, change of flag are all attended to).

Many boat buyers are very insecure during a purchase. They worry about who will hold their deposit, who will check the paper work etc. We at Whites being 18 years in the industry relieve them of all these concerns. So that they can simply get on with purchasing your vessel.

If you would be happy for us to do this, then we would ask that you send us a full list of all the equipment you have onboard and provide us if possible with some photographs both interior and exterior. Alternatively we would be happy to take the photographs as ideally we would like to have a look onboard. We also would ask you to sign a simple contract either for an Open Listing or a Central Listing.

We would be delighted to assist you in finding a purchaser for your boat. We have a number of clients who are currently looking for vessels, and to whom we may be able to offer your boat. Your boat would also be added to our list of boats available for purchase. This list is used as the basis for responding to enquiries from prospective purchasers.

A number of vessels on our brokerage list are chosen to be included in International Yachting Magazines. Boats listed with us are also included on our own internet website www.whitesyachts.com as well listed on other related international websites.
