demonstration VanDutch 40 open stands for rapid
acceleration and excellent cornering. Thanks to the twin
Yanmar engines of 260 hp, the Van Dutch has a fuel
consumption of only ca. 50 litre per hour at 24 knots
cruising speed. Manoeuvring is simple with EMS (Easy
Manoeuvre System, partly due to the stern and bow
thrusters. In addition, the Raymarine autopilot and GPS
navigation system ensure that you will be in control of
this high performance boat at any time in a relaxed
manner. Below deck a lot of durable Corian has been
used. There is room for 8 people around the hydraulic
table that can be transformed into a very spacious bed.
Obviously you have a flat-screen TV, sound system,
refrigerator, microwave at your disposal. Further one
head with shower. The Esthec composite deck gives the
luxurious experience of teak, without the drawbacks of
maintenance. The deck is fitted with pop-up cleats,
flush deck hatches and pop-up navigation lights. The
swim ladder and the fender storage are also recessed. In
this way the sleek lines of the design can be fully
appreciated.
