Description

This Nordia 45 is a serious sailing yacht designed and built for total seaworthiness and blue water cruising with a strong steel hull and teak decks. She is ketch rigged with furling headsail, spinnaker and gennaker. Her Nanni 115 HP diesel was new in 2006 as was the electrical installation. She is equipped with both generator and bow thruster. She sleeps four in two double cabins forward with one head and has a large saloon/galley aft which also has a double berth. Presents in a fair condition for her age but would benefit from some care and attention. The owner is a keen seller.
