Description

One of the last of the 120 Mikados ever built, this Mikado 57 ketch is custom build in 1984 by the well-renowned French yacht builder CNSO. Designed by Michel Bigouin. With her insulated balsa sandwich hull, 40-50 mm thick in places, one is assured of maximum protection, low noise and insulation from heat and cold. Powered by a Fiat 150 hp diesel with a bow thruster. She has been extensively improved over the standard models with two double berths aft and a central main saloon with fore cabin. New teak decking from the cockpit to the transom has just been completed. 3 cabins + 1 crew cabin in all with 2 heads and a well-equipped galley make this a fine long distance family cruising yacht. 2011 Improvements of 35,000 Euro, include new mainsail, genoa, standing rigging, Genoa Harken Furling. Navigation equipment incl. new autopilot, new radar, new plotter, GPS, new VHF and wind set. Holding tank, Epirb, life raft, new dinghy and outboard. Spanish flagged, lista 7a.

The owner would consider selling 1/2 share or 1/4 share. Very attractive annual costs, including excellent mooring in Mallorca. Owner would contemplate transatlantic crossings. Very flexible considering periods of use. Very keen Seller. Open to offers!
