This custom build 38m steel Schooner with teak decks, launched January 2009 Cape Town -South Africa is originally designed by Angelo Lavranos. The design is a replica of the old Grand Banks schooners from Newfoundland at the turn of the last century. Sean Paquito IV is built too meet the comfort and aesthetic needs of the charter market. Finished throughout in Mahogany, Granite, Maple, Marble, Burmese Teak, Brazilian Cherry, Rosewood. Plenty of volume with 3 cabins and 3 crew cabins, sleeps 12. Recently completed she has been delivered from South Africa via Brazil to Europa. A truly expedition class classic schooner. Powered by a John Deer 300 hp diesel. SAMSA classified. At this moment the boat is in need of some maintenance and repairs such as varnishing, polishing and hull cleaning etc and in need of some love and care to get her back to her glory.
