The GibSea 43
was awarded the Cruising Worlds “Boat of the Year” Award for Best
Production Boat under $200,000 for the year 2001. Uncluttered space,
light and airy interiors, superior headroom throughout, defined and
accessible vital technical access, along with superb engine access
are all built into the GibSea models. Though the architecture has
allowed large volumes and very spacious cabins to be created, its
hull shape remains in proportion, enabling sailing performance
levels worthy of a real yacht. Powered by a Volvo 50HP diesel she
has an in-mast furling main and roller furling genoa. She can sleep
an amazing 10 people with 4 accommodation cabins. A real feature of
this yacht is the forward area where there is an easily removed
partition enabling the side bunk cabin to become part of a large
owner’s suite. Privately owned this yacht is in superb condition.
